Pros

Due to it being a growing company, there are opportunities for some (but not all) people. The HR team works hard to develop programs to make the environment and the organization as pleasant to work at as possible (and is successful). The kitchen is stocked with tasty goodies-- many chosen with feedback from teh employees.

Cons

Unfortunately there is no talent development plan for the remainder of employees. At times the strategy is haphazard, with work and projects being cancelled due to reasons that possibly could have been foreseen.

Pros

This review is from 2011. Opportunity cost, you work in New York. Anything can happen there at any time. Well stocked and good variety of snacks. Oatmeal provided for breakfast. The company gave things sometimes like blankets and T-shirts.

Cons

Company culture is unconventional. The end of the workweek is Thursday, because the jobs posted that day go live Friday. So everyone celebrates the end of the week on Thursday instead. If you have a long commute you will be forced to make a choice between sleep and connecting with coworkers and colleagues after the day. Permatemps are also treated as second-class citizens, due to a Supreme Court decision. They don't get to participate in company morale events, such as barbecues, picnics,. One time the company hired masseuses to give employees massages. Permatemps did not get to receive a massage. Management will take credit for your work, so document every exchange. Management would rather terminate employees in the case of an HR incident rather than address the problem.
