      That leadership here at Ladder Up has always been awful, and I lost hope in ever seeing an improved and reasonable leadership. Our leaders here are some of the most toxic and problematic people I've worked for. They are extremely rude and snarky, and they intimidate and verbally abuse employees all the time.
