      Pros

      Did this whilst at uni - easy to get shifts, relatively chilled, opening hours were sociable. I think commission was alright if I remember.

      Cons

      Had a bit of a nightmare with my hours exceeding what I could manage at one point, higher up management didn’t listen to safety concerns.

      Zero growth opportunities, toxic environment, unqualified people in management positions simply because they have connections within the company, and many many others.
