      Pros

      Great atmosphere and wonderful people to work with. It's a small company so you get to know everyone very quickly. Lots of long time employees and they were always ready to lend a hand

      Cons

      Unfortunately I was brought in to manage a project the organization was not ready to undertake so position wasn't fully realized yet.

      Co-worker we're good to work with.

      Cons

      Shift supervisor & HR. are only there to serve themselves operators very rarely help packers and are there own click & upper management only serve themselves and remain silent as long as they don't have to be involved in day to day operations.
