Pros

Very few at this point.

Cons

-Continuous turnover -Executive leadership that does not take accountability for their faults, poor strategy, and will scapegoat lower level leadership when goals are continuously missed -Product is overly complicated for users to integrate and commonly has bugs that deter educators from adopting the product which is a large cause for churn -New business sales struggles to hit only a small percentage of their quarterly goal quarter over quarter (~10%) -Yearly layoffs - hundreds of Labster employees laid off in Q3 the last two years -Claim to value employee mental health but the culture is the complete opposite (expect to be overworked and under-compensated). One mental health day after a quarter of the company has been laid off does not promote employee mental health.... -No longer a vision - the company has truly not found a way to rebound in a post-COVID world.
