      Pros

      Whether you are technical or non technical, there will be growth opportunities if you are passionate about crypto and want to learn. Fast paced, lots of different projects. Top devs in Brisbane and strong SDLC processes.

      Cons

      Things can be volatile like the crypto markets. Some clients' projects are a dead end: they pay the bills but some will never succeed. Salaries tend to be low at first but can change quickly based on performance.
