Pros
Labrodex is VERY good at what they do. And they're not scripted or rigid in the way they do it. Meaning, yes, they have an idea of what they want, but once you deliver that, they are very open and welcoming to alternative concepts, too. Thus ensuring that their products are the best they can actually be. Communication is excellent. Never once have I reached out and not immediately been responded to by the person or multiple people that I need to collaborate with. I work with countless gaming companies, recording studios, production houses, agencies, etc on a daily basis. If I see a call or e-mail come in from Labrodex, I move them up in my day. They've worked so hard and so smart and delivered such good products, they've earned it. Very excited to see what the future brings for them and privileged to be a part of it.
Cons
In being selfish, I do wish there offices were closer to mine as over past projects I've gotten to know many of the staff. I'd love the chance to meet and work with many of them in person. And I'd say, if this is the biggest con, I think they're in good shape.
