Pros

Friendly coworkers - rewarding to help people find jobs that cannot find them for themselves -

Cons

Very low pay for what you deal with day to day. Constant stress in and outside of the job. The lowest amount of PTO I have ever seen a company provide (2 weeks ((10 days)) first & second year then slowly raises, most people don’t make it to their 2nd year) No work life balance (mon-fri, rotating Saturdays unless the manager has worked something out or favoritism has taken play. Additionally you are ‘on-call’ after your 4 hours Saturday. When you go over your 4 hours, you are reprimanded. Most individuals do not receive pay for work they perform on weekends) No support and no training (when you start struggling it is your fault, not the fact they never provided training). Wants to preach ‘team environment’ but in reality they have segregated offices and districts due to their culture. Most (not all) people executive team has put in District management rolls are morons who do not know how to perform basic job functions that SS, Sr.SS, OM or BSMs are required to learn. Even after ample time to learn these functions. Little to no recognition for successes. Massive micro-management from District Management level. Most (and I mean at least 98%) temps are visible drug addicts. There is so much more. I do not want to write a novel.

Pros

Flexible, but need to arrive super early for dispatch to get work sometimes. Best shot is being there right as they open at 5am

Cons

Sometimes things are slow and you don't get as much work especially if your not super early arriving to office.

Pros

They need help because nobody wants to work with them so they will hire anyone .The Aurora location has had 8 sales managers in the last year because upper management is holding on to unprofessional uneducated General managers,store managers. If you are thinking about joint health Aurora team please go onsite and talk to the store mangers and see for yourself you will understand what I'm saying immediately. Please don't waste your time people time is the most important thing.

Cons

They need help because no professional wants to work with them internally so from the start you will experience bait and switch tactics for your salary,then inconsistency on every level from daily duties to schedule to training.If you want a professional well paid staffing agency job DONT I REPEAT DONT work for laborworks .If you are an unprofessional/medium functioning drunk or drug addict this place would be great for you because all the employees are so mediocre you will be good .If you want to advance your career and reach maximum compensation for your skills and sales this is not the place .
