Ann-Maree is a visionary and encouraging leader. I interned in L4K when I was in university and always looked up to Ann-Maree for her dynamic and inclusive leadership style. She adores training and nurturing young talent and it is wonderful to learn from someone as passionate and qualified as she is. The environment with other people was super friendly and I got the opportunity to also learn how to use Magento - which came in handy on a later occasion. Definitely recommended!

No cons in this role

Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. As it is a small business you get to turn your hand to a variety of tasks which means you have a broader knowledge of how the business runs. Very flexible with my hours when I returned from maternity leave.

No cons to the job or company itself. Not a lot of free parking around the office but there is a large multi storey nearby.
