-Solid company culture, and easy to communicate with supervisors. -Good diversity in hiring and a safe and welcoming work environment. -Scheduling Flexibility, simple to put in time-off requests. A good job for students. -Positive experience contributing to local non-profits.
Cons
-Would not recommend if you need accommodations for a disability. -Not many opportunities to move up to higher paying positions. -No benefits for full time employees. -Lack thereof/unstructured training for new employees.
