Wish there was a little more flexibility to work outside of set hours or from home.

Good culture and community. The leadership team is intentional and forward thinking. Business is expanding greatly. Every employee's opinion truly matters. After reviews/feedback, they actually seek out making changes that were suggested.

The only reason I put 4 stars is because every company has room for improvement. LabeLive is not perfect. Current cons I see are we celebrate each other's wins but are starting to become more separate in departments and we don't as often help each other out across teams, which decreases connection across the whole company. Finding the balance between having structure/respecting people's time, and being team oriented, and wanting to help each other out.
