Pros

Most of the people are nice. The profit sharing is good if you can last long enough to be vested. The rest of the pros were taken away.

Cons

Below average pay. You're expected to work overtime but aren't paid for it. No comp time for travel, even on weekends. Zero flexibility with hours or working from home. HR is a joke. There's little competence or experience and nearly everything you're told is wrong. Each new program and policy that's created is more idiotic than the last, focusing solely on the company than the employees. More than 1 is legally questionable at the least but no one is willing to listen to it or explain their loopholes for getting around them. Anyone caught discussing policies is reprimanded. HR targets specific people, particularly those who ask questions. Managers are in the same spot as employees or getting special treatment and unwilling to speak up for employees.

Labconco Response
10y
We are sorry to hear that a past associate is upset with our policies and /or procedures. Labconco is proud of the fact that we have associates that have more than 40 years of employment with us. We offer a benefit package that covers medical, dental, vision, PTO, 9 paid holidays, and a great profit sharing plan. We also annually review salaries to maintain that we are paying the correct amount for the job being done. Labconco’s Open Door policy is available to all associates should they have a concern regarding a situation, our open door policy extends up to the President of the company. All of our policies follow all governmental regulations as required by law.
