Privately Held Company That Cares About Employees and Customers - Anonymous employee Labatt Food Service Employee Review

I've worked for Labatt for many years. I can't imagine working anywhere else. We are paid weekly and the pay and benefits are good. The people are fantastic. We are like family and we work together to provide the best for our customers. We have quarterly volunteer events, company picnics and truck roadeos. In all the years I've been here, we've never had a layoff, not even during covid. They same cannot be said for any of our competitors. I love that we are a family business and that the owner is in it for the right reasons. It's all about being an asset to all stakeholders and to the community.
