Labatt has good pay for the industry across all jobs. They are unlike most food service employers by really dedicating a team to analyzing trends
Cons
There is a lack of communication from the top down. Upper management is enough removed from the base customer level that daily challenges receive little support. Promotions come to those who are friendly with management, not necessarily the best prepared.
