Decent starting salary & good annual merit increase, good employees, good medical benefits. Steady job (the company has never had any layoffs).
Cons
Very little vacation (none until 1 year, 1 week at 1 year, 2 weeks at 2 years, 3 weeks at 10 years), no career growth opportunities, only 5 paid holidays a year (New Years Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), required to work 1 Saturday a year at a company event
