      Pros

      online education is indeed a valuable resource nowadays. That’s it.

      Cons

      starting from the head with obvious mental and trust issues, good in words, but really bad with management and execution. Harassing employees, so most of them started to think that this is normal and kept this strategy… < shocked > Leadership doesn’t exist over here. Just ppl who pretend they are cool and do basically nothing. The courses are really bad quality too and they do not bring what supposed to be done - high level theory and practice for students/professionals to improve.

      + Highly dynamic team of fresh people + Training of SPIN within the company + AI analysis of your sales + High standard for KPIs and Targets + Awesome clients + Easy entry + Sales environment is moral If you want to improve your sales rapidly you get a lot of inbound leads and training.

      Cons

      - High focus on KPIs even when it doesn't make sense - Strict 9 to 5 + you need to work outside the working hours to hit KPIs - Team is refreshing quite frequently = you never know what to expect within the team dynamics
