      - Supportive environment for self-improvement for both soft and technical skills - Professional but also warm environment - Each project has it's own dynamics, you will be experiencing a lot - You will always have someone to ask questions - Perf reviews are good so you will never lost your track of your own career improvement - Project management, team communication and documentation is well handled - Flexible timing - Work/Life balance - No issues with PTO's

      - You may have a gap in between projects, not guaranteed - The transition between projects not that smooth - Overall experience can vary person to person because a lot relies on project and client
