LaRosa is a very collaborative, supportive environment that firmly believes the success of the company comes from the people that make it - at all levels. Team members genuinely have each others backs and are always willing to step up and help at a moment's notice. A really good group of kind, hardworking people. The LaRosa Core Values of "Safety, Professionalism, Integrity, Quality and Dedication" aren't just a slogan. They are instilled in each Leader and Team Member and everyone is dedicated to practicing what they preach. LaRosa prioritizes investing in the people that work there by being an innovative company that offers flexibility, trusts in employees expertise, celebrates achievements, and supports each individuals new goals. It is one of the best, if not the best, working environment I've been apart of. Over the past 3 years, my skills feel valued and I've accomplished things I didn't think I could do with the support and trust of Leaders and my teammates.

It is really hard to come up with a con at this point. Very happy with the company and looking forward to growing with it.
