Pros
Management cared about employees on a personal level. Always took time to communicate company status to employees. Never kept employees guessing. As a contract supplier, the business landscape was always changing, yet management found time to convey all details to its' workforce.
Cons
Wage scale was low in comparison to similar company in area. LaBarge was known for hiring people who were out of work for long periods of time at bargain basement wages.
