      Latin people; employees are good people

      Cons

      No benefits. If you have an absent you will be laid off. No respect towards their employees and no laboral laws applied. Ex. Overtime

      The only good thing that came out of this were the friendships I made.

      Cons

      This was a very toxic workplace. Everyone was very hypocritical. I wish I had known this before joining.
