Pros
I loved working here, the brand values creativity and allows junior voices to be heard. Products work even better than the marketing makes them seem, high quality backed by cutting edge science. Product development team is made up of wonderful, devoted, inspired people.
Cons
Too much red tape in decision making, every project goes through millions of changes and delays, too many cooks in the kitchen. Extremely risk averse. New hires in Sr Management are destroying brand equity, RR in particular. Pay is lower than average. Very little work life balance.
