Pros
The food tastes great, the restaurants are very comfortable with an inviting atmosphere, and the people --from the corp. office to the line cooks-- are friendly, hard-working, and doing their best to build a great culture and produce good food. It's still a small company, so shining stars stand out and have opportunities to move up.
Cons
From what I understand, the origins of the company weren't sustainable long-term as a national brand, so they have their work cut out for them to try to un-do what was wrong and implement changes to make it grow to the potential so many people think it has. It seems to be a rough time of changes and growing pains, but the changes they're making should pay off. It would be nice if they offered a 401k or bonus plan.
