      - work from home (remote) - somewhat flexible hours. - performance-based wage, but hard to meet that expectation. - great group chat system to ask questions and answers promptly during the core hours.

      Cons

      - Job posting said it's flexible hours but you must be available working on your computer from 12pm-1pm EST, Monday-Friday. - Software is not perfect, often receiving the wrong file to transcribe.

      I did a data collection project. The work was easy and payment was swift. Communication was cordial.

      Cons

      I only got half of the money they owed me. I saw in Trustpilot that many others had the same experience. I will NOT work for them again and just based on that, I recommend to others to stay away from them as well.
