Pros
* They have good management apps & they do the rota online * Provides * Quite high commissions and have a good incentive
Cons
* Job tittle (LV, Gucci and Hermes) but you cannot sell Hermes, Chanel and etc. * They sell Vintage items, which mean it's second hands. * Impossible to reach target, if fail to reach target you get nothing. Which LXR and Co is very quiet even in * Manager won't care and will change your rota last minute without noticing you (within the same week) * Poor Management * Manager sometimes walk off and chat with friends for 30 minutes * Staffs wondering around other stores and dance to the music * Lack of training for new staff * It's just a small pop-up shop
