If you’re thinking of joining LXL Ideas, please don’t. I’ve worked here and I can say it’s one of the most unprofessional places ever. The company culture is toxic, there’s zero credibility, and the top management is completely fake. They talk about ethics through their “School Cinema” films that teach life lessons to kids, but honestly, the management themselves need those lessons first. The office doesn’t even look like an office — it’s literally built inside a house. It’s located in a ghost-like area, rooms are so small that everyone can hear your conversations, and there’s only one washroom for both genders. Even helpers who clean don’t like working there. Junior HRs are made to open the founder’s gate — total disrespect for their role. There’s no AC most of the time, no proper infrastructure, and no parking. When it rains, the office leaks. And yes, monkeys literally enter the office. Managers behave like kids — full of politics, ego, and caste discrimination. The people who actually work hard don’t get promoted because they’re not “good looking” or don’t butter up the management. The ones who say yes to everything, no matter how unethical, get rewarded. You’ll be forced to handle multiple brands that don’t even belong to LXL Ideas. The work environment is completely unhealthy and mentally exhausting. They don’t offer proper training, there’s no bonus, and forget about appraisals. Even the basic facilities are pathetic — no morning tea, just two rounds of coffee or tea allowed, and that’s it. The company claims to have been around for 25 years, but it’s easy to see why they haven’t grown. If you value your self-respect, don’t even consider joining this place. It’s not worth your mental health or your time.Yes, all of this is true. I was honestly shocked when I found out — I couldn’t believe things like this actually happen.
