Friendly environment. Determined leadership. Accomplished and capable staff. It is a small company, so making a name for yourself is more doable than it might be in a larger company. It is also an Arkansas company, so the expectations are not as high as companies in larger markets.

The staff have a small town perspective that hampers the company becoming incredible. Leadership has the firm poised to take the next step but some of the staff are roadblocks to this growth. Base pay is adeuate for the market, but no incentive pay,i.e. bonuses, profit sharing, etc.

The people are so tight knit. This company takes care of their own. The are customer oriented and determined to turn things around.

Due to the size of the company and the corrective actions they have taken to straighten out some financial issues the pay is not necessarily comensurate to the work you do. Great first job for any up and comer. No real long term satisfaction though. Get your experience here. Theres no where else to go but up. Unfortunately you wont go up here. No raises and no bonuses. Starting pay will be leaving pay.
