Internally- getting anything done is a nightmare. A lot of requests (even simple ones) have to go through multiple forms and layers of approvals. It gets really messy and impossible to manage at times
Salesforce is the messiest I have seen than any company I have worked for. This makes managing customers/ contracts challenging
Billing is a huge mess
Internal teams can sometimes be hard to reach or work with. Some are great too
Some AEs have serious ego issues and are nasty but their attitude is accepted
Pay is low
