Pros
It's an awesome place to network and meet with some of Chicago's Elite individuals. From Millionaires to sports players to former mayors. The Food is awesome and reasonable and I can say that the company puts effort into improving the menu frequently including seasonal changes and add new and more items to accommodate our customers. Great Family Place as well.
Cons
Majority of the Managers are ego stricken. There's little to no respect of people and their time when it comes to the employees. Requests off are not acknowledge but you're told to submit a paragraph on why you deserve/ need the time requested off. Under Staffed. The turnover rate is high due to the treatment of the employees coming from management. The pay is little for the amount of work they require and 2 out of 4 of the managers are extremely bipolar and act as children when things began to get tense.
