      Pros

      You will doing some interesting research, and you get a few papers published you will get admission to great university. Dr. Umar is well respected and having a good recommendation from him will help a lot.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. At times even when you meet your deadlines paper will not sent sony Dr. Umar. Not a good more as alternate to a proper software house.

      Limited professor involvement and overview. Project manager had too much power and should have been referred to HR for how they spoke to people who worked for them
