Cons
Awful beurocracy and endless paperwork. Total disrespect to employees. Soviet mentality. Impossible to grow, if you're not a member of someone's family, or not a friend of a big boss, or not of a proper nationality. They do not hire people from the market, mostly 'by friendship'. Mad about security - not allowed to bring cell phones to the office. Disrespect to employees private life and work/life balance. No flexibility in vacation planning. Terrible atmosphere, competence between departments, not cooparation. Directive style of management (like in army or in KGB). If you're not a boss, you're a fool.
