1) Good work culture, 2) good benefits, 3) good salary rate (for expats, not best for locals) 4) everything is regulated by internal rules and procedures. 5) Career Opportunities for graduated persons
Cons
1) too many rules 2) HSE exams nightmare and are often strictly subjective, depend on the examiner and his attitude towards you. 3) The attractiveness of the company as an employer is constantly decreasing. A constant decrease in positive aspects. 4) The level of payment does not increase in USD equivalent.
