      Remote, decent communication, decent benefits,

      It is a dying company, the building of operation is older than my parents, Human resources are very demanding and provide workers with zero room for error and growth, very disorganized administration, absolutely NO DIVERSITY the higher you go up(HR stated this during my interview), will try to lowball you when negotiating salary

      I enjoyed working at LUK so much. I received incredible support from supervisors and peers. The organization has dedicated, hardworking employees who strive every day to make an impact in the lives of each client. I would 100% recommend working for LUK.

      Build relationships with clients, work closely with clients, build time management and conflict resolution on your own

      Cons

      Thrown into fire with little training, they lie during the interviews and then don't help much when questions are asked. EXTREMELY toxic work environment, the boss who ran our department was never present and always rude
