Loss of pto without staff consultation Low pay Zero bonuses High turnover with staff and no replacements hired in the past six months. Lack of staff mean more work and pressure is placed on those who stay Numbers and productivity focused with zero concern for burnout Little to no room for advancement Numerous meetings that cut into productive time and do not add to staff knowledge. Guilt is placed on staff for budgeting challenges when wanting raises or changes in positions (at least in my department)
