Honestly, no major cons to note. Like any fast-paced agency, things can move quickly, but that’s part of what keeps it exciting and rewarding.

Really grateful to work with the team at L+. I’m really excited about the clients I work on. I’m learning a lot (even after many years in the business) the clients I work on are game changers which makes writing for them very inspiring. The team is top tier.
