      Pros

      Working as a part time here is great. As a part time means you will work on 2 or more campaigns in a given hours so you'll have more hours of working. You'll get to know people across the globe. It is 100% remote. If you're doing a great job you will be transition to a fulltime. So be at your best as always.

      Cons

      There are no health benefits, and if there is no vacant slot for a part-time campaign, you will be working a limited number of hours.

      Pros

      Culture is positive, respectful, and centered on doing the right thing. Team is collaborative and transparent and refreshingly, no big egos. Leadership listens and regularly implements feedback. Fully remote, flexible environment with teammates around the world

      Cons

      Remote setup requires good personal discipline and communication and cross-time-zone collaboration can require flexibility.
