Cons
- Based on ratings which are 1 to 4 even tought we get 4 or 3 salary progression and onsite opportunities are to hard to achieve. - People easily get on bench since there are more short term projects. - You need to interact with management continuously for new projects other your bench period of 60 days will elapse.
