They will never fix your pay. The managers are terrible at doing their jobs and try to push whatever work they are able onto the people working under them. Horrendous communication across the board. I am 50% underpaid for my current role and I have asked for my pay to be fix weekly for 1.5 years with 0 change but about 100 false promises. To add to the bitter taste in my mouth about this I am singlehandedly keeping a contract for them that they would lose if I left.
