Fend for yourself - Software Engineer LTM Limited Employee Review

Big gap between offsite team and onshore team. Felt like the offshore team didn't want to share the knowledge, could also be that the team was so new everyone was learning; still, no one really wanted to help. The team's moral was low as the work wasn't satisfying. Meaningful assignments would go to certain people to make sure they shined in front of management. I was contacted for one job but then they said it was filled and showed me another. In my opinion there was something wrong with the second one and quickly needed to be filled. I took it because I needed a job.
