Easier interview compared to top tech firms, remote work
Cons
Employment benefit are not great at all. Too little PTO offer, no RSU or even share purchase plan at all. Prescriptions are not 100% and you have to pay part of it which is higher than many companies. Extended work hours. No growth plans as you would be put into another company as a contractor meaning work growth chance is minimal close to zero.
