Pros
I've been at the company for 6+ years. It's a great place to work. The company treats their employees very well - great benefits. They are always finding ways to keep their employees happy. We have many employees with 40 years of service which tells you something about the company. They are also very good at their business with top-notch engineers. I'm proud to be associated with them.
Cons
It's a fairly large company with many offices and the administrative staff is not afforded the opportunity to connect with each other in any way.
