Zero very bad company to work for they are no better than a poor temp agency is there a contract that has come in that matches your skill set ( the majority don’t) they want your talent when convenient but it will be short lived you will be out
Cons
You are put on the bench if you can’t find a contract that your skill set meets or if they say there is one you are likely to be suited too but it doesn’t’ come through from the company they try to push to buy the service ( which usually fails - you are out in max 6 weeks. ) Some of the lucky ones are given a short contract 2-3 months but then on the bench again going through that same process. All they care about is to get you billing but they will not respect all the hard work and extra hours you put in . There is a lot of hot air here. I have seen many colleagues forced resignation ( so no redundancy ) or if lucky made redundant. If you have any financial commitments don’t work here leave well alone. You will regret the day you joined.
