Pros

Some very talented under appreciated people

Cons

You are not treated as a human being, the CEO only comes around the office to tell you that you are not getting a bonus this year, but he is getting his. Simply awful management who like to play office politics. They destroy every company they buy, the turnout is crazy high. Then they hire people who are clearly not prepared to work there, but will comply without question because they really don't care, so all of the good people are continuously pushed out. It is not about new technologies, or education. It is about money.

Pros

Most positions are able to work remotely. Some business units (BUs) require their employees to be in office at least on a hybrid basis. There are some really good people within some of the business units.

Cons

The leadership and central services of the organization are a mess. The company/most business units (PeopleFluent, Rustici, Breezy, OpenLMS) are making no money and having layoffs and reductions in force constantly, about 4 in the past 6 months. There has been no change since being bought by General Atlanticc, except for layoffs on the GP Strategies side. Aside from being able to work remotely, and the standard health/dental benefits, there are no real benefits or perks for employees. Policies and procedures are different for each business unit and there is no standard company wide. You may have flexible/"unlimited" vacation, and your colleague could only receive PTO on an accrual basis. Employees are constantly in fear of when they will be let go and most just waiting for their time to come.
