Pros

Co-Workers are always willing to help you. Management is always willing to help you. In general most of the employees are very friendly and approachable. Very professional environment. If you're a guy you will have to wear a tie and slacks Mon through Fri. Same goes for women minus the tie. The training is superb and there are three test you must pass before you're even allowed to officially go on the floor missing one day during the two week training period will certainly result in disqualification. However depending on why you missed that day they are likely to give you the option to start with the next training class. It is best to let them know up front if you have anything scheduled (like court) up front say they can place you in the next training class. You have to make a minimum of 100 calls a day, which was much easier than I thought. I usually got around 200 a day. The managers are micromanaged more than you are which means if your team is not meeting its monthly goals expect to get a verbal lashing. If you're a good performer don't take it personal, they know who's doing their job and showing up on time everyday. They promote from within, so if you're getting a bonus every month, have great attendance, and leadership qualities you can but up to manager very quickly. But you have to approach them about that. If you don't bring it up, they'll assume you don't want to be a manager. They are very thorough when they tell you what they expect from you and what they will not tolerate. So don't take what they tell you lightly. If you start and feel the job is not for you, you are better off telling them that in a diplomatic way. HR is awesome at this place. Meaning, if you leave or get let go without any verbal confrontations they are always willing to give you a good reference. Basically if you come in focused for 8 hours, and get results, you will have job security

Cons

I don't consider the following to be Cons but you might. If your shift is 8 hours (It always is) you will be working hard consistently for 8 hours minus two 15 minute breaks and your hour lunch (Upside to this is your day goes by very fast). They are very strict about attendance. There is a zero tolerance to being late to work, not showing up at all, and being late coming back from break or lunch. This company as most companies are is all about money and they will tell you that. So if you have kids or sick spouses or other relatives, they will only tolerate you missing work for those reasons very little. Unless there is a natural disaster like a Hurricane they expect you to show up to work. Flooding and heavy winter weather is not considered hazardous to them, unless the whole city has shut down. There is a base salary, but if you are not bringing in enough money on a regular basis forget about it. Benefits are good but could be better. If you are not getting your bonus the cost of the benefits will pretty much drain your paycheck. One last thing to consider with this job and pretty much any job. Consider the commute versus your salary, do the math. If your daily commute is 40 miles are more especially with current gas prices, you will be technically working for free.
