Pros
I have worked at LTD for several years and have been, for the most part, happy with my decision. After a co-worker told me about this site I read the reviews and felt like they are very unfair and don’t tell the whole story. Yes, you have to work hard to make good money. I don’t know of any company where that isn’t true. The fact that I can make $65,000 per year with only a year of college is fantastic for me and my family. It took me about six month to earn my first bonus check and I have made one every month since then. I think the managers do play favorites, but not in a bad way. If you are a hard-worker and you are trying to do well they will work hard for you. I guess you get what you put into it. Have I had days where things didn’t go my way? Of course! Would I change jobs? No way. LTD gave me a chance and trained me to do what I do.
