Pros
Great Holidays off including the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve in addition to the actual holiday itself 401k Match at 6% Management and Directors do not have a high turn over rate which was reassuring when applying to a department of health care I've never worked before as an LPN. I feel that I can communicate with anyone I need and get immediate feedback when an issue arises not that there have been many. My job description was clear and I've already seen potential for growth in less than 6 months
Cons
Parking is taken out of your pay check bi weekly for garage access but there are 2 surface lots directly across the street from the S. Johnson Campus that allows for parking, it does get full quickly in the mornings
