Safe Company compared to others as layoff chances are minimum, ofcourse you need to perform upto industry standards
Cons
1. Location - Lichtenau is very small town. Public transport is also an issue if you have Car then this won't be a disadvantage. 2. Language - If you know German language then it's well and good. Internal communication might happen in English sometimes but German is must.
