      Pros

      Flexibility, vacation time, nice outdoor patio for lunch.

      Cons

      It is a poorly kept secret that management in Lansing has been problematic for a number of years. There was a good manager for a period of time who made the office really functional and welcoming, but they were not able to keep that person, and it has gone back downhill. People are overworked and subject to verbal abuse and micromanagement.
