Pros

They offer benefits like Vision, Dental and Health. Mental Health is affordable (if you make it a year here you need it). Most of the plants make interesting products. Some managers are decent people.

Cons

The CEO requires employees to call into a meeting after work hours (used to be weekly, then monthly and now quarterly). There were layoffs when covid hit, (CEO says there weren't but i personally know 4 people who lost their jobs) We were furloughed for 7 weeks. Lost vacation accruals, and 401K matching for nearly a year. They got rid of the bonus program, didn't tell anyone. It just doesn't exist anymore. Changes are made without considering how employees are affected. As long at the "Share Holders" have a positive outcome they are only considered. "Leadership" hates letting employees work from home. If you ask to be paid what you are worth plan to find another job. They don't want you. There are no women or anyone of color in "Leadership". Working here is an actual toxic relationship.

Pros

I've had a great experience working at LSI Industries so far. One of the biggest draws to LSI is it's continued growth. There are always opportunities for people that want to develop into a new role. The culture is another standout. People genuinely care about one another, and there is a strong sense of teamwork across the organization. Leaders are approachable, coworkers are willing to help, and everyone seems energized. There are many long-tenured employees who have strong resident knowledge and the new members bring fresh ideas and different perspectives. It works.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, so if you aren't willing to work with a sense of urgency, it may not be the best place for you.

Pros

Learning about graphics and meeting people with years of experience there.

Cons

Don’t expect a good raise or bonus. The company morale seems like everyone is over worked and just pushes jobs onto others. High turnover rate. Not enough employee appreciation.
