Pros

LSI continues to be very diverse company with manufacturing as well as new opportunities in commodity based markets. Most important is that LSI gives opportunity for employees within to change positions with in company and work on projects that are challenging but very rewarding. Unlike other larger public traded companies, where you have to apply for another role, LSI has open door policy where you can express your desire to do something different and bring value to the company. Great team of people works at this company as well, even with disagreements at times, LSI has core employees that can carry the weight as well as figure out ways to work together to bring results. Good place to be especially for someone starting out or mid way into career. A lot of new things going on and opportunity is there to learn and implement projects.

Cons

Don't have any at this time or at least not anything that stands out that is different from any other similar public traded companies. Departments need to work better together vs trying to complete with each other.

Pros

LSI Industries provides a great environment for those who want to work hard (supported by their peers and leaders) and see the impact of their results in the performance of the business. It is a lean organization moving quickly along an aggressive growth plan. To this end, employees are empowered to improve their areas of responsibility, creating a great atmosphere for people to engage.

Cons

The company is not for those seeking a place where performance expectations are low.

Pros

Learning about graphics and meeting people with years of experience there.

Cons

Don’t expect a good raise or bonus. The company morale seems like everyone is over worked and just pushes jobs onto others. High turnover rate. Not enough employee appreciation.
