Desastrous mood (really sucks energy away) Innovative on the field but old minded in the offices Huge gap between speaches/ decisions taken and investments done Ego: labelling names on everything Absence of team work Lack of team events Unbalanced gender representation in leadership team Slow administrative, management and strategy processes Desastrous cantine (a shame for a caterer) Boring facilities
